Second of a 12 piece series that will become the 2005 Retro Girl Calender. So much pink... Cliche as it is, Valentine's had to be the theme I used for February, there's just no getting around it and being the classic Hollywood buff that I am, I had to make her a starlette in her dressing room looking over all of the gifts sent by adoring fans. This piece is dedicated to      and  , the wonderful people who watch me who have their birthdays in the month of February.Medium: Original sketch drawn over in Photoshop with the pen tool, not vectors since the lines and shapes rasterize. It is similar process, but by devart definitions, anything that rasterizes is not vector art. Details added with brush tool. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
