The reason I first started watching the Batman Animated series back when I was in Junior High was all because of Harley. I love that cute, but psychotic blend, don't you?  At any rate, when I was playing around with this new retro style, it struck me that she would work well in it, so here she is sitting happily on her 'Joker in the Box'  Medium: Original sketch drawn over in Photoshop with the pen tool, not vectors since the lines and shapes rasterize. It is similar process, but by devart definitions, anything that rasterizes is not vector art. Details added with brush tool. The character of Harley Quinn is copyright Warner Bros. |
