Tenth of a 12 piece series that will become the 2005 Retro Girl Calendar. Since April featured showers, it's inevitable that May had to feature flowers ;)

This piece is dedicated to and , the wonderful people who watch me who have their birthdays in the month of May.

Medium: Original sketch drawn over in Photoshop with the pen tool, not vectors since the lines and shapes rasterize. It is similar process, but by devart definitions, anything that rasterizes is not vector art. Details added with brush tool.

My Grandmother still wears pleated shorts like those, maybe that's why they jumped out at me so much lol ^_^.
