Description
*Note: Before I get a flood of comments about the category, yes, this is %99.999 percent Vector, you are correct. However, by the submission definitions listed, even that %0.001 of texture on the background means it does not go under Vector art. I do appreciate your vigilance all the same
Happy early Thanksgiving!
I know this is really one of those holidays only celebrated in America, but the idea behind it is a universal one. I think it's nice to have a day where we look past all of the hardships, all of the trouble and the stress in our lives and focus on the good, the things we are grateful for.
So just this once, I won't complain about the traffic on the LA freeways or the fact that my phoneline can't take DSL, and just talk about how grateful I am for friends who have stuck with me through good times and bad, for family that has supported me as long as I can remember, for people that believed in me even when I didn't believe in myself, for rainy days sitting under an umbrella, and 2am dvd marathons...
There are lots of hard times in life, always will be, so sometimes it's nice to take just a moment and remember the good. Puts a smile on my face
At anyrate, that's my take on the whole Thanksgiving thing
So what are you grateful for?
Media: Illustrator, texture created with scanned papyrus.
Sorry again for the larger watermark, but as some of you know, I've been having trouble with people taking and using for auction and other such things without permission, so just a nescessary evil.

Looks so very beautiful! I love that 1950 setting as it is what people picture!
