I'm back...sort of...I at least wrapped the project that had been occupying the vast majority of my time so I am at least able to get back to some of my own stuff...unfortunately, still quite a bit of a backlog of messages to get through and some projects of my own that just won't wait, so we'll see how fast I'm able to catch up...

This is actually an older piece, done about a year ago for a project ^pinguino was working on and I was waiting to post until it was all finished, but she said go ahead and post it now, so that's what I'm doing.

The request was to do a dragon, any style, any which way, so I went with one being conjured out of a pipe. Seemed like a fun idea at the time, plus I love that style pipe

Medium: lineart-Col-erase brown on vellum, painting done in Photoshop. Texture is papyrus I scanned.
